ORLANDO – The UCF softball team has announced an Autism Awareness and Acceptance game that will be recognized during the program’s fall home finale against Florida Tech Nov. 1 at 6 p.m.
The team will organize a toy drive in honor of the day’s theme, and the program encourages fans to bring toys, with an emphasis on sensory and fidget toys, as they arrive and drop them off in the provided bins near the team store.
Following the game’s conclusion, the Knights will hold a postgame autograph session in the main concourse area of the complex. Fans are encouraged to bring their own items for signatures.
Admission to all UCF fall home softball games is free to the public, and seating is determined by fans on a first-come, first-serve basis. Concessions will not be served during fall home softball games, and fans are permitted to bring outside food and beverage into the facility.
UCF softball merchandise will be available for purchase in the team store.
All fans planning on attending the Nov. 1 fall game at the UCF Softball Complex must park their vehicles in any surrounding grass areas. The asphalt lot will be reserved for RV parking in accompaniment with the UCF football game the following Saturday. Handicap parking will still be available in the asphalt lot in front of the main entry to the softball complex.
