Saturday Game with Cincinnati on as Scheduled; Hurricane Relief Efforts, Gameday Operations Updates Announced

ORLANDO – Saturday’s Big 12 game between the UCF Knights (3-2, 1-1 Big 12) and the Cincinnati Bearcats (3-2, 1-1) will be played as scheduled with kickoff set for 3:30 p.m. ET at FBC Mortgage Stadium on ESPN2.

Due to Hurricane Milton’s impact on Orlando and surrounding areas, the UCF Athletics Association also has announced its hurricane relief efforts and updates to gameday operations, parking and festivities for Saturday’s game. 
  
Hurricane Relief Efforts: 
In partnership with Knights Pantry, fans are encouraged to bring nonperishable goods to IOA plaza (across from gates 2-5) or contribute to Emergency Relief for our UCF Family.  

Recommended items to donate include:     

  • Bottled water 
  • Shelf stable, protein rich items (canned meats & fish, peanut butter, bars, vegan protein sources, etc.) 
  • Travel or single-use toiletries  
  • Can openers

In-Stadium:

  • Continued opportunities to donate via Emergency Relief QR codes located throughout the stadium concourse and on the video board throughout the game
  • Moment of Support pregame
  • First responder in-game recognitions

Gameday adjustments due to Milton’s impact:  

Parking

  • All campus parking lots, including Gold Zone Village and Gold Zone Campus, will open at 11:30 a.m.
  • Memory Mall and Greeks on the Green will return for our next home game, Saturday Oct. 26 vs. BYU. 

Shuttles

  • Park and Ride: will open 4 hours prior to kickoff
  • ADA Shuttle: will open 4 hours prior to kickoff

IOA Plaza Activities: Natasha Bedingfield’s concert, part of the Tailgate Concert Series presented by Corona, will now take place at a future game. 

Students: A limited number of Student Tickets (Pink) are still available for Saturday’s game. If you have not already claimed your student ticket click here. If all student tickets are distributed, UCF Athletics will open standby passes (Blue). Gates open 90 mins prior to kick off (and student tickets are ensured until 30 min before kickoff).
