ORLANDO – Head UCF baseball coach Rich Wallace has announced his program’s fall 2024 exhibition schedule. The slate features scrimmages against Mercer and Rollins College, as well as the annual Black and Gold World Series.
The Knights, who went 37-21 overall a season ago and capped their inaugural season of Big 12 Conference play by reaching the semifinals of the 2024 Big 12 Championship and posting a 2-2 record at the NCAA Tallahassee Regional, will open the fall with an exhibition contest at Mercer on Saturday, Oct. 19 in Macon, Georgia. UCF will then return home to host the annual Black and Gold World series the following weekend, Oct. 25-27, at John Euliano Park. The Knights will then welcome the Rollins Tars for their final exhibition of the fall on Friday, Nov. 1.
The Black and Gold will also hold several intrasquad scrimmages that will be open to the public. A full list of UCF’s open scrimmages and start times can be found below.
Admission to all home fall scrimmages at John Euliano Park will be free and open to the public.
UCF will officially open fall practice on Sept. 27, and it will go through Nov. 1. The Knights’ 2025 schedule is expected to be announced in the coming months. Opening Knight for the 2025 campaign is slated for Feb. 14.
