LAKE ELMO, Minn. – Pimpisa “Sandwich” Sisutham led the Knights through the ANNIKA Intercollegiate posting three rounds at par or under. The Thailand native finished the three-day tournament tied for 11th place with a score of 214 (-2).
UCF finished its first tournament of the 2024-25 season in 11th place with a team score of 883 (+19).
Sisutham started the day with a bogey on hole No. 10 and went bogey-free for the next 11 holes with two birdies.
Molly Smith carded a 76 (+4) to place T34 on the player leaderboard and a final score of 222 (+6). Katie Poots finished just three strokes behind Smith with a 225 (+9). Poots saved her best performance for the final round notching a 73 (+1) to jump up five spots in the player leaderboard, T44.
Rounding out the rest of the lineup, One Kashima and Mila Jurine wrapped up their first tournament as a Knight in T49 and T51, respectively. Kashima tallied four birdies on the front nine while Jurine made four on the back nine.
UCF will take about three weeks off from competition with its next tournament in Chicago at the Illini Women’s Invitational hosted by Illinois.
