Women's Golf In Ninth Place Following Round Two at the ANNIKA Intercollegiate

LAKE ELMO, Minn. – The UCF women’s golf team completed round two of the ANNIKA Intercollegiate on Tuesday at Royal Golf Club. 
Through 36 holes, the Knights (+11) are in 9th place and will enter tomorrow five shots back from cracking the top five. 


Two Knights sit in the top 20 led by Pimpisa “Sandwich” Sisutham who is tied for 8th with a score of 142 (-2). She shot a round two score of 72 (E) going bogey-free from holes one through seven. Molly Smith carded a 1-over 73 to finish the day T20 and a 36-hole score of 146 (+2).


Separated four strokes away from Smith, One Kashima recorded a 77 (+5) to tie for 45th place. The Sophomore transfer has a 36-hole score of 151 (+7). 


The final two in the lineup feature Katie Poots and Mila Jurine in T49. Poots carded an eagle on hole No. 18, which marks the second eagle for the Knights thus far. UCF is one of five teams to post an eagle in both rounds of the tournament. 


The Black and Gold head into the last round of the ANNIKA Intercollegiate with an 8:35 a.m. tee time and will be paired with Big 12 Conference Foe Iowa State and Minnesota.
