ORLANDO – FOX Sports announced its FOX College Football Friday schedule for the 2024 season Wednesday afternoon and as part of the lineup, UCF’s Black Friday matchup against Utah on Nov. 29 will kick off at 8 p.m. on FOX from FBC Mortgage Stadium.
The contest will mark the first meeting between the programs on the gridiron and the second consecutive year that the Knights have had a game air on FOX, with last year’s game at Kansas on the network.
Announced earlier this year, FOX College Football Friday is a dedicated primetime window showcasing elite college football Friday nights on FOX throughout the fall. The new package will lead off FOX Sports’ unrivaled weekend football lineup – followed by college football’s most-watched window, BIG NOON SATURDAY, and the No.1 most-watched program in all of television, FOX NFL’s AMERICA’S GAME OF THE WEEK.
For the fourth consecutive season and fifth time since 2019, UCF has sold out its football season tickets.
UCF kicks off the season with a pair of non-conference home games, as New Hampshire heads to Orlando for the season opener Thursday, Aug. 29, followed by a visit from Sam Houston Saturday, Sept. 7
Kickoff times for the first three weeks of the season will be announced this summer. The Big 12 will publish the remainder of the game times on a regular basis throughout the fall, on either a 12- or six-day turnaround from week to week.
