Softball Reschedules Suspended Bethune-Cookman Game to April 24

The two teams have added a game that will follow the resumption of the suspended game, creating a home doubleheader.

ORLANDO – After the game was suspended in the bottom of the second inning due to inclement weather Sunday, March 3, the UCF softball team has rescheduled its contest against the Bethune-Cookman Wildcats for Wednesday, April 24.

The game will resume at the point at which it was halted March 3, and the two teams have added an extra game that will follow the resumption of the suspended game, creating a home doubleheader for the Knights.

The suspended game will resume at 4 p.m., and the newly-added game will begin 30 minutes following the completion of the first game.

Tickets already purchased for the suspended game back on March 3 will not be valid for the doubleheader April 24. Tickets newly-purchased for the doubleheader April 24 will be valid for both games, fans will not need to purchase two new tickets for attendance for both games April 24.

Both games will be available for streaming on ESPN+.
