Women's Golf Tied for Third After 36 Holes

WILMINGTON, N.C. - The UCF women’s golf team rounded out day two of the Landfall Tradition tied for third place with a team score of 286 after 36 holes at the Country Club of Landfall on Saturday.

Molly Smith and Pimpisa “Sandwich” Sisutham ended the second round tied for sixth place. Smith recorded five birdies on the day to card a 69 (-3). Sisutham tallied a 72 (E) with four birdies.

Brittany Shin was bogey-free from the front nine to be tied for 26th place with a day two score of 69 (-3).

Tunrada “Pat” Piddon and Jess Baker each carded a 76 (+4) in round two of the tournament. Piddon is tied for 37 and Baker rounds out the lineup in T64.

Camille Banzet competing as an individual finished the day tied for 64th place.

The Knights will tee off at 9 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 29 as they conclude their fall schedule.
