Women's Golf Prepped for Landfall Tradition

ORLANDO – Following back-to-back first-place finishes, the UCF women’s golf team rounds out the fall portion of its schedule at the Landfall Tradition hosted by UNCW in Wilmington, North Carolina.


The tournament is set to begin on Friday, Oct. 27 and end on Sunday, Oct. 29, with teams playing 18 holes each day. UCF will tee off at 10:09 a.m. Friday from hole No. 1.


The Knights will be joined by Alabama, Arizona, Duke, ECU, Furman, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan State, NC State, Nebraska, Penn State, Purdue, Clemson, SMU, Tennessee, Virginia Tech and UNCW.


Country Club of Landfall is a par-72, 6,194-yard championship course designed by Pete Dye and Jack Nicklaus.


The 2023 event marks the 21st anniversary of the Landfall Tradition. This will be the ninth appearance for the the Knights in the Landfall Tradition dating back to 2014. 

The Black and Gold lineup will feature Molly Smith, Pimpisa “Sandwich” Sisutham, Tunrada “Pat” Piddon, Jess Baker and Brittany Shin, while Camille Banzet will compete as an individual in the event.

This will be the fourth and final tournament for the Knights as they started the season out at the Cougar Classic followed by back-to-back first-place finishes at the Evie Odom and Mercedes-Benz.
