ORLANDO — Ahead of its inaugural season in the Big 12 Conference, the UCF women’s basketball team announced its non-conference slate on Monday, which is highlighted by seven home contests.
The Knights face 10 opponents outside of league play. Seven of the 10 contests will be played at Addition Financial Arena. The other three will be in the Discovery Puerto Rico Classic, as UCF travels to Puerto Rico for the first time since the 2001-02 season.
The Knights will tip off the 2023-24 season at home, as the regular season is set to commence on Nov. 6 at 6 p.m. with a matchup against Bethune-Cookman. This will mark the fourth straight year that the Black and Gold has opened the season at home.
UCF will have about a week to prep for Anderson (S.C.) on Nov. 13 at 6 p.m., followed by a matchup with Auburn on Nov. 20 at 7 p.m.
The Black and Gold will head to Puerto Rico for the Discovery Puerto Rico Classic with three games on the docket, starting with Jackson State (11/23, 4 p.m.), St. Johns (11/24, 4 p.m.) and Sacred Heart (11/25, 6:30 p.m.).
UCF will return to Orlando for a four-game homestand to kick off December, as the Knights welcome Campbell on Dec. 3 at 3 p.m. and New Orleans on Dec. 11 at 11 a.m.
The Black and Gold will wrap up their non-conference schedule by hosting FAU (Dec. 18, 2 p.m.) and Morgan State (Dec. 19, 2 p.m.).
Game times are subject to change.
