ORLANDO – The UCF men’s golf team will travel to Cincinnati this week to participate in the Bearcat Invitational, which will be held Monday and Tuesday at the Coldstream Country Club. Both days will begin with a shotgun start at 9 a.m.

The Knights will be joined in the event by Arkansas State, BYU, Chattanooga, Cincinnati (host), Florida Gulf Coast, Illinois State, Jacksonville, Little Rock, Louisville, Memphis, Middle Tennessee, Nebraska, Sam Houston, Southern Miss, UNC Greensboro and Virginia Tech.

Coldstream Country Club is one of Cincinnati’s premier private clubs, situated on 190 idyllic acres, featuring an elite, championship 18-hole golf course. It has hosted numerous Ohio amateur and open championships as well as USGA qualifiers.

The 54-hole tournament will consist of two rounds (36 holes) on Monday and one round (18 holes) on Tuesday.

UCF’s lineup will feature senior Egor Eroshenko, junior Gustav Andersson and freshmen Garret Ebbert, Marc Keller and Hans Risvaer.

This line up was made by a coach’s selection for each spot in the lineup. This decision was based off the totality of each players World Amateur Golf Ranking, UCF tournament play, UCF practice evaluation rounds, daily team range practice, team workouts, attitude, academic standing, and overall effort/results.
