ORLANDO – For the fifth consecutive year, a trio of Knights was selected to the Women’s Golf Coaches Association (AGCA) All-American Scholar Team, announced on Friday.
Jess Baker, Anna Nordfors and Pimpisa “Sandwich” Sisutham were all tabbed to the prestigious list, which has some of the most stringent criteria for selection in all of college athletics with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 and a participation threshold of more than half of the team’s tournaments from the past season.
After playing in 29 rounds and earning three top-five finishes, Baker earned the honor for the third year in a row.
Nordfors and Sisutham were named to the All-American Scholar Team for the first time. Both of them earned a first-place finish this season, along with five top-ten finishes.
In addition to being named to the Scholar Team, the trio earned AAC All-Conference honors.
