ORLANDO – The UCF track and field team travels back to Gainesville, Florida this weekend for the Tom Jones Memorial Invitational, hosted by the University of Florida. The two-day meet will consist of some of the top programs in the nation as the Knights will be competing alongside future Big 12 opponents, Baylor and Texas.

The Black and Gold start Friday's events with the long jump a 2 pm, followed by the hammer throw at 3:15 pm. Running events begin with the 200-meter dash at 5 pm ET before distance gets going in the 1500-meter run at 7:25 pm before wrapping up the day with the 5k at 8:15 pm. Saturday starts in the late morning with the discus at 11:30 am, followed by the high jump at noon. Also at noon, running events get underway with the 100-meter hurdles. The 4x100 relay squad goes at 1:30 and the 4x400 relay squad will then conclude the meet at 5:35 pm.

UCF will send a full squad for what hopes to be yet another strong weekend for the 14th-ranked team in the nation. Two weeks ago, Rayniah Jones ran her fastest time in the 100-meter hurdles in almost two years as she currently has the fourth-best time in the nation (12.75). Kaylor Harris (100-meter hurdles) and Paige Archer (100-meter dash), who both had season-best performances last weekend in Miami will be looking to continue to drop their times. Some of the Knights national top-10 performers will be back, as Adrienne Adams (Discus) and Jasmine Scott-Kilgo (Long Jump/Triple Jump) are set for a big meet. The distance squad, following a week-break, will be back to cap off Friday's events with the 5k, along with a busy day on Saturday.

SEC Network + will be streaming both days of the meet.
