Sisutham Tabbed AAC Women's Golf Player of the Week

ORLANDO – Headlined by breaking the Gators Invitational tournament record shooting a 62 (-8) at Mark Bostick Golf Course, Pimpisa "Sandwich" Sisutham has been tabbed the American Athletic Conference Women's Golfer of the Week, the conference office released on Wednesday afternoon.

 In the third tournament of the spring season, the Thailand native won the individual title at the Gators Invitational with a score of 133 (-7).

 Sisutham was eight under in round two to break the tournament record for the lowest 18-hole score with a 62. The freshman earned her first collegiate tournament win with 12 birdies in the 36-hole invitational. 

 The Knights will head to Briar's Creek Golf Club in Kiawah Island, S.C. on Monday for the Briar's Creek Invitational hosted by Charleston with first round set to start on Monday, March. 13.
