ORLANDO - Preparing for its third tournament of the spring and seventh event this year, the No. 25 UCF women's golf team heads to Gainesville, Florida, for the annual Gators Invitational, which will take place from March 4-5.
The invitational will be held at the par 70, 6,002-yard Mark Bostic Golf Course with teams teeing off in a shotgun start beginning at 8:30 a.m. each day. Teams will play 36 holes on Saturday before wrapping up with 18 holes on Sunday. Fans can follow along with live scores on golfstat.com.
The 14-team field consists of No. 7 Mississippi State, No. 16 Arizona, No. 17 Ole Miss, No. 22 UCLA, No. 25 UCF, Augusta, Campbell, Clemson, FAU, FIU, Florida (host), Miami, Michigan and NC State.
The Knights check in at No. 25 in this week's Golfstat rankings and are No. 23 in the latest WGCA Top 25 Poll.
The UCF lineup at the Gators Invitational will consist of Tunrada Piddon, Anna Nordfors, Pimpisa "Sandwich" Sisutham, Jess Baker and Zoe Allaux.
