Nine former UCF football players will participate in the Knights' annual Pro Day scheduled for 1 p.m. ET on March 29 in the Nicholson Fieldhouse on the UCF campus.
Players expected to work out are running back Isaiah Bowser, defensive tackle Austin Camden, tight end Kemore Gamble, offensive lineman Sam Jackson, defensive tackle Anthony Montalvo, defensive back Koby Perry, offensive lineman Ryan Swoboda, long snapper Alex Ward and defensive back Divaad Wilson.
National Football League team scouts and UCF staff will combine to direct weight room workouts that will include testing in the bench press, vertical jump and broad jump, followed by on-field timing in the 40-yard dash as well as agility and shuttle drills. Individual workouts by position will conclude the day.
Bowser (Sidney, Ohio), a Knight captain in 2022, had a team-high 205 rushing carries in 2022 (46 more than any other player) for 799 yards and 16 touchdowns. He made 27 career starts—17 at UCF. He was a second-team All-American Athletic Conference pick in 2022 by league coaches and by Pro Football Network, fourth team by Phil Steele. His 16 rushing TDs ranked 10th nationally. Bowser played in the 2023 Hula Bowl.
Camden (Altamonte Springs, Florida) played in all 14 games in 2022 and recorded two tackles.
Gamble (Miami, Florida) played in 11 games for the Knights in 2022, starting twice. He caught seven passes for 118 yards in 2022. He played in the 2023 Hula Bowl.
Jackson (Bradenton, Florida), a Knight captain in 2022, made 45 career starts at UCF. He was a first-team All-American Athletic Conference pick in 2022 by Pro Football Focus, second team by league coaches and third team by Phil Steele. He played in the 2023 Hula Bowl.
Montalvo (Tampa, Florida) made 36 career starts for the Knights, including all 14 games in 2022. He made 43 tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, two passes broken up and six quarterback hurries in 2022. He played in the 2023 Hula Bowl.
Perry (Covington, Georgia) accounted for 56 tackles (second on the team) in 2022 while playing in 13 games (starting three times including the Military Bowl vs. Duke).
Swoboda (Clermont, Florida) made 39 career starts—14 at offensive tackle at UCF in 2022. He was a first-team All-American Athletic Conference pick in 2022 by league coaches and Phil Steele, second team by Pro Football Focus. He played in the 2023 NFLPA Collegiate Bowl.
Ward (Fort Walton Beach, Florida), a second-team All-American (Phil Steele) in 2022 and a two-time finalist for the Patrick Mannelly Award as the top long snapper in the country, participated in both the 2023 Senior Bowl and the 2023 NFL Combine.
Wilson (Miami, Florida) produced 41 tackles and a team-leading three interceptions in 2022 while playing in 12 games (starting 11). He was a second-team All-American Athletic Conference pick in 2022 by Pro Football Network, third team by Phil Steele (and first-team All-AAC).
