Women's Golf Set for Briar Creek Invitational

ORLANDO –  After an incredible second place finish last weekend at the Gators Invitational, the No. 20 UCF women's golf team is back in action out of the state of Florida for the first time this spring season at Briar's Creek Invitational in Kiawah Island, South Carolina. Hosted by Charleston, the invitational will run from March 13-14 at Briar's Creek Golf Club.

The Black and Gold will open play on Monday with 36 holes before wrapping up on Tuesday with a final 18-hole round. Fans can follow along with scores on golfstat.com.

The course at Briar's Creek features a par-72, 6,116-yard course.

The Knights will face off against Charleston, Old Dominion, Penn State, Nebraska, SMU, Illinois, UNF, Campbell, Maryland, ECU, NC State, Miami, Boston College, Iowa and Rutgers. 

 The UCF lineup will consist of Pimpisa "Sandwich" Sisutham, Anna Nordfors, Tunrada Piddon, Jess Baker, Zoe Allaux and Camille Banzet, competing as an individual. 

 UCF is coming off a weekend that saw them finish second overall at the Gators Invitational in Gainesville, Florida after shooting a combined 567 (+7). Sisutham led the way with a 133 (-7).
