Women's Golf Ends Round Two Tied for Third Place

MELBOURNE, Fla. – The No. 21 UCF women's golf team continued its strong start in the Moon Golf Invitational Monday afternoon at Suntree Country Club as the Knights finished round two tied for third place with a score of 283 (-5). UCF's two-day total is 561 (-15) entering the final round.

Tunrada Piddon continues to lead the Knights tied for eighth place after round two with a score of 74 (+2).

Anna Nordfors turned in a 3-under 69 score to sit tied for 13th, she recorded four birdies (two on the front nine and two on the back nine) and one eagle on the last hole of the day (hole 18).

Pimpisa "Sandwich" Sisutham and Zoe Allaux are both tied for 33rd place turning in scores of 73 (+1) and 69 (-3), respectively. Starting on hole No. 1, Allaux recorded a total of nine birdies on the day going two under on the front nine and one under on the back nine.

Rounding things out for the Knights, Jess Baker shot an even 72 in round two and is tied for 38th place.

The Knights will start round three with a 9 a.m. shotgun start.
