ORLANDO— The UCF women's basketball team opens up the week with a road game on Tuesday, heading to Houston for the matchup against the Cougars in the Fertitta Center. The game between the Knights (9-5, 0-2 AAC) and the Cougars (5-10, 2-0 AAC) will stream live on ESPN+ at 8 p.m. ET.

The Knights had four players score in double-digits on Saturday against Tulsa in the heartbreaking 80-75 loss. Anzhane Hutton led the way with 22 points followed by Laila Jewett (14), Rachel Ranke (13), and Mya Burns (10).
 
Destiny Thomas continues to lead the Black and Gold with 11.4 rebounds and 11.7 points per game. Hutton has proven herself to be a big player for the Knights as well after coming back from a knee injury averaging 12.4 points per game through her first five games as a Knight.

As a team, UCF is ranked 8th nationally in offensive rebounds per game with 17.5, a mark that ranks first in the conference.

SCOUTING HOUSTON
The Cougars are 5-11 overall, with a 2-0 mark in conference play. Houston enters Tuesday on a two-game win streak.
 
Laila Blair leads the Cougars in scoring, averaging 14.8 points per game, while Tatyana Hill leads the Cougars in rebounding with 7.8 boards per game. Hill and Britney Onyeje average 2.5 and 2.4 steals per game, respectively.
 
The Knights hold a 21-6 lead in the all-time series and have won 12 in a row over Houston.
