UCF Knight Talk presented by Island Wing Company continues for the next eight weeks beginning Jan. 9, 2023, at the Island Wing Company near the campus of UCF.
The hour-long show will be held live on site from 6-7 p.m. ET Jan. 16 and will happen for six straight Monday nights. The Island Wing Company location is 4100 Alafaya Trail North, Suite 107, in Orlando (407) 287-6265.
Hosted by voice of the Knights Marc Daniels, UCF Knight Talk gives fans an opportunity to hear from UCF head men's basketball coach Johnny Dawkins and other guests, including Knight basketball players, plus players and coaches from other UCF sports.

ABOUT ISLAND WING COMPANY
The first Island Wing Company restaurant opened in 2012. The concept was created by a pair of free-thinking restaurant entrepreneurs who happen to love the island life.
