UCF Athletics Announces Updates to This Week’s Volleyball Schedule

ORLANDO – With Hurricane Ian approaching and its potential impact on the Orlando area, UCF Athletics in conjunction with the American Athletic Conference announced Thursday changes to its volleyball schedule for this week.
 

  • Tulsa vs UCF will be played Friday, Sept. 30, at 5 p.m. ET/4 p.m. CT at Charles Koch Arena in Wichita, Kansas, on ESPN+. (previously scheduled for Sunday, October 2, in Orlando, Florida)
     
  • Wichita State vs UCF will be played Sunday, Oct. 2, at 2 p.m. ET/1 p.m. CT at Charles Koch Arena in Wichita, Kansas, on ESPN+. (previously scheduled for Friday, September 30 in Orlando, Florida)

 
Wichita State will not be charging admission to the matches, though donations to the American Red Cross Hurricane Relief Fund are encouraged.
 
A link to donate online can be found HERE, and QR codes with links to the Relief Fund will be available at entrances of Charles Koch Arena to make donations. Fans may also make cash donations at the main entrance and the Shocker Ticket Office.

As a program, we are very thankful for the leadership of athletic Director Terry Mohajir and Chris McFarlane, As well as conference officials, travel agents, and many others who made it possible to make such an abrupt change in less than 24 hours."
