ORLANDO—The UCF volleyball team found it's way back into this week's American Volleyball Coaches Association rankings, released by the organization on Monday afternoon. The Knights after receiving votes last week landed at No. 25 after back-to-back sweeps against conference opponents last week.
Currently, the Knights hold a 17-1 record and 9-1 in the American Athletic Conference.
With a total of nine conference sweeps, the Black and Gold led in all but one category in the AAC. These categories include hitting percentage (.318), assists (13.32/set), kills (14.37/set), blocks (2.56/set), and service aces (1.61/set).
This is the fourth time this season that the Knights have been ranked.
