FT. MYERS, Fla. – The UCF men's soccer team's match against FGCU on Friday was ruled a no contest due to lightning in the area.
After an hour-and-fifty-minute delay prior to the match starting, the two sides played to a score of 1-1, with Lucca Dourado scoring with an assist from Gino Vivi in the 10th minute and the Eagles retaliating with a score of their own in the 13th. The match was called with 6:24 remaining in the first half.
UP NEXT
The Knights will be back in action on Monday night at home as they host UC Riverside at 3 p.m.
