Eugene, Ore. – Beyonce Defreitas will be representing her country tomorrow night in the World Track & Field Championships.
"We are excited for Beyoncé to be able to represent her country on the world stage," UCF head coach Dana Boone said, "we are wishing her nothing but the best!"
The British Virgin Islands native will be running in the 200-meter at 9:00 PM ET. The race can be seen on Peacock.
Defreitas is looking to build off an already impressive year that saw her become a First Team All-American with the 4x1 team as well play a pivotal part of the Knights indoor and outdoor American Athletic Conference championships.
