UCF Heads to Lake Wheeler Invite

ORLANDO – The UCF rowing team is back in action this weekend, heading to North Carolina for the Lake Wheeler Invite.
  
The two-day regatta begins Friday at noon. UCF joins co-hosts North Carolina and Duke, along with Oklahoma, Navy, Clemson, Louisville, Miami, Kansas, Syracuse, Georgetown, Boston College, Temple and Bucknell.
 
Teams race twice on Friday, beginning with the Third Varsity Eight race at noon. Racing concludes with Saturday's morning session.

UCF returns to the road after collecting four wins against Miami on Lake Pickett. The Varsity Four was named the American Athletic Conference Boat of the Week following an open water win over the Hurricanes.
