ORLANDO – The annual ChargeOn Tour is set to get started in May with UCF head football coach Gus Malzahn, director of athletics Terry Mohajir, head men's basketball coach Johnny Dawkins, and other Knights favorites hitting the road to catch up with fans throughout the sunshine state.
The 2022 ChargeOn Tour will begin in Tampa on Friday, May 6 (leading into UCF baseball team's game at South Florida at 6:30 p.m.), before continuing down to the real South Florida for an event on Saturday, May 7, stopping on the Space Coast on Tuesday, May 24 and finishing up in Oviedo on Thursday, May 26. The tour will come back in August for an event in Downtown Orlando on Friday, August 12.
Head volleyball coach Todd Dagenais will also be at every stop of the ChargeOn Tour, while head women's basketball coach Sytia Messer will make her ChargeOn Tour debut on the Space Coast and in Oviedo.
Activities at each ChargeOn Tour stop will include a social hour and autograph session as well as a formal portion of the program with remarks from Malzahn and Mohajir.
