Knights Welcome No. 2 Ole Miss to Orlando


Orlando, Fla. – UCF baseball is back at home this weekend for a three game series against No. 3 Ole Miss beginning on Friday night at 6 p.m. at John Euliano Park.
 
The Knights are coming in hot winning seven of their first eight games of the season. They have had it working in all aspects of the game. They are averaging 9.4 runs per game while also being second in the country in ERA giving up 0.86 runs per game.
 
Ole Miss comes into the series 8-0 with sweeps over Charleston Southern, VCU, and ULM, and a win over Arkansas State. They are also swinging hot bats, scoring just over 10 runs per game. Their pitching staff has an ERA of 2.20 and have 57 strikes outs over their 45 innings.
