SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. – The UCF women's basketball team continues its road stretch on Tuesday, facing Seton Hall in Walsh Gymnasium.
 
The Knights (7-1) and Pirates (4-4) tip at 6 p.m. ET and the game will stream on FloHoops.

UCF opened its road stretch with a 61-47 in at Mercer to extend its win streak to six games. The Knights used consistent scoring across all four quarters, with at least 13 points in each period, to pull away from the Bears.
 
Brittney Smith and Masseny Kaba stepped up offensively for the Knights. Smith stuffed the stat sheet with a season-high 18 points, down nine rebounds, three assists, two blocks and a steal. Kaba added 10 points with six boards and three assists. Tay Sanders added nine points and dished out a career-best five assists. Diamond Battles collected a season-high four steals for the Black and Gold. 

KNIGHT NOTES

  • The Black and Gold defense remains one of the best in the nation as UCF ranks second among Division I teams, limiting opponents to just 44.6 points per game.
  • UCF has held seven of its eight opponents below 50 points and six teams to their season low.
  • Diamond Battles paces the Knights with 13.9 points per game, having reached double figures in six of UCF's eight contests.
  • Destiny Thomas has collected double-digit rebounds in four games and leads the Black and Gold with 8.8 boards per game.
  • The Knights have appeared among the teams receiving votes in four straight USA Today/WBCA Top 25 polls.

 
SCOUTING SETON HALL
The Pirates are 4-4 on the season and are coming off a 70-60 win at Princeton on Saturday.
 
Four Pirates average double figures led by Lauren Park-Lane's 19.8 points per game and 6.8 assists per contest. Andra Espinoza-Hunter averages 17.6 points and leads the team with 6.4 rebounds per contest. Sidney Cooks averages 14.4 points per game and Mya Jackson adds 10.8 points per contest.
 
Tuesday marks the first meeting between UCF and Seton Hall.
