OFFENSE NOTE
PRETTY DARN OFFENSIVE
• UCF has ranked in the top eight nationally in both total offense and scoring each of the last three seasons, the only team in the country to accomplish that.
• The Knights scored 30 or more points in 31 straight games from Aug. 31, 2017 to Sept. 28, 2019, which set a record for the longest streak in the Associated Press Poll era (since 1936).
• UCF has scored 30 or more points in 50 of its last 56 outings, 40 or more points in 31 of its last 56 games and has reached the 50-point plateau 16 times in the last 56 outings.
• Last season, the Knights ranked second in the nation in total offense for the second straight year, averaging 568.1 yards per game, an all-time UCF and American Athletic Conference high.
• UCF also ranked fourth in passing, seventh in first downs and eighth in scoring, averaging 42.2 points per game in 2020.
• This year, the Knights rank 25th in the nation in scoring offense at 34.8 points per game and 51st in total offense with 422.1 yards of total offense per game.

DEFENSE NOTE
D-LINE DOING ITS THING
• The defensive line, led by Auburn transfer Big Kat Bryant, has had its best outins of the season in the last two games. The Knights had season highs of six sacks and 10 tackles for loss against Memphis and then four sacks and seven tackles for loss against Temple.
• The six sacks were the most for UCF since having six against Auburn in the 2018 Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl.
• Bryant had the first multi-sack game of his career against the Tigers, leading the way with 4.5 sacks on the season. Bryant has 33 tackles and a team-high seven TFLs on the year. Josh Celiscar ranks seventh in the nation with two fumble recoveries, while Cam Goode is eighth with .38 forced fumbles per game.
