TULSA, Okla. – The UCF men's tennis team competed in the main draw of both singles and doubles at the ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
 
After defeating three opponents in the qualifying rounds to secure his spot in the main draw, Hilderbrand took on No. 27 Florian Broska from Mississippi State in the round of 64, but would fall by a 6-1, 6-3 decision. He will now play in the consolation bracket.
 
Later, the No. 3 duo of Trey Hilderbrand and Bogdan Pavel, playing as the No. 1 seed in the draw, faced Richard Ciamarra and Cleeve Harper from Texas. It was a hard-fought battle from beginning to end as the Knights dropped a close first set before taking the second. Hilderbrand and Pavel ultimately fell by a score of 7-6(3), 3-6 [10-8]. The pair will continue play in the consolation bracket.
