As UCF (2-2, 0-1 American Athletic Conference) returns home to the Bounce House this week to face East Carolina (3-2, 2-0 AAC), it's worth noting that the Knights already are off to a perfect start at their home venue in 2021.

With that in mind—and with five home games remaining in 2021 (ECU, Memphis, Tulane, UConn and South Florida), it's worth celebrating the Knights' extraordinary home success enjoyed over the years.

Check out the Bounce House by the numbers:

1—Number of perfect home seasons for UCF in FCS years (7-0 in 1993)

2—Home losses over the last five seasons combined (2021 included), with UCF standing 25-2 from 2017 on (only defeats to Tulsa and Cincinnati in 2020)

2—Winless UCF seasons in terms of home games from '96 on (0-5 in 2004 and 0-6 in 2015) – throw out those two anomalies and the Knights since 1996 are 106-31 (.774) at home

3—Most wins at the Bounce House by a single opponent (Tulsa in 2011-16-20) – Tulsa also won over UCF in 2005 at the Citrus Bowl.

4—Wins over UCF in Orlando by this week's foe, ECU (1991, 2006, 2008, 2015)

7—UCF seasons without a home loss since 1996 (start of FBS competition) – 1997-1998-2001-2014-2017-2018-2019

8—Home wins by the Knights in 2018

8—UCF home losses in AAC play since 2013 (half of those came in 2015) – two to Tulsa, one each to Cincinnati, Temple, ECU, Houston, UConn, USF

10—Seasons with one or fewer losses (including 2021) since 2007 when Bright House Networks Stadium opened for play

11—Combined home wins in the first three seasons of UCF football (1979-80-81 at NCAA Div. III level)

13—Seasons required (1996-2008) before any teams recorded more than one victory in Orlando over UCF in the FBS era (South Florida, ECU and Southern Miss all won for the second time in 2008)

13—UCF wins at home in its first three seasons of FBS football combined (13-1 in 1996-98, with lone defeat against Louisiana-Monroe in '96)

18—Home wins over three seasons (2016-17-18) by former UCF coach Scott Frost

22—In a look ahead, the number of consecutive home victories by Cincinnati (next week's road assignment for UCF) – The Bearcats play at home Friday versus Temple. Clemson has the longest current homefield win streak at 31. Notre Dame had been second at 26 until losing in South Bend to Cincinnati Saturday.

33—Combined UCF victories in eight seasons of NCAA Div. II football in 1982-89 (24 losses) and also in six seasons of FCS football in 1990-95 (nine losses)

38—Home wins for UCF (versus 20 defeats) at the Citrus Bowl from its first FBS season in 1996 until Bright House Networks Stadium opened on campus in 2007

39—Home wins by UCF since joining the AAC in 2013

68—Victories by the home team (versus 22 defeats) at Bright House Networks Stadium/Spectrum Stadium/Bounce House (2007-21) since the Knights began playing on campus
