ORLANDO, Fla. – For the 12th time in 13 seasons, the UCF women's soccer team was recognized by the United Soccer Coaches with a Team Academic Award after compiling a 3.56 grade-point average during the 2020-21 academic year.
A total of 602 college soccer teams (220 men, 382 women) posted a team GPA of 3.0 or higher to earn the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2020-21 academic year. UCF was one of 90 schools who had both their men's and women's programs among the recipients. The full 2020-21 United Soccer Coaches college team academic awards recipients can be found here.
The Knights return to action on Thursday when as they travel to SMU on the road in their third American Athletic Conference matchup of the 2021 campaign.
