No. 18 UCF Ready for Ohio State

ORLANDO, Fla. – Coming off of the first loss of the 2021 season, the No. 18 UCF women's soccer team will look to rebound against Ohio State in Columbus on Thursday evening.
 
The No. 18 Knights (2-1-0) opened the season with a 4-0 win over Texas and 2-0 victory over Florida on the road, before dropping a game against No. 17 LSU last weekend.
 
Through their three matches, UCF is outscoring opponents 5-2 with goalkeeper Caroline DeLisle racking up 18 saves. Darya Rajaee leads the UCF squad with five points, off of two penalty kick goals and an assist. Kristen Scott also netted a pair of goals on the year, both coming against Texas in the season opener.
 
The Buckeyes enter the matchup sitting at 2-2-0 with losses to #2 North Carolina and #14 BYU. They defeated Akron and Bowling Green by a combined score of 7-2, and are receiving votes in the latest United Soccer Coaches Top 25 poll.
