Women's Soccer Ranked No. 19 in Coaches' Poll

ORLANDO, Fla. – The UCF women's soccer team checked in at No. 19 in the first United Soccer Coaches Top 25 NCAA Women's Soccer poll of the 2021 campaign.

The Knights jump into the top 25 after a stellar performance in their season opener against Texas that saw them win 4-0. The 4-0 victory was the UCF's largest margin of victory in a home opener since they defeated Massachusetts 4-0 in 2016.

Kristen Scott tied her career high with two goals, one going just a mere 80 seconds into the young season. Darya Rajaee's 41st minute penalty kick goal was the second of her Knights career. Mallory Olsson put on in the back of the net in the 74th minute to make it 4-0.

American Athletic Conference Preseason Goalkeeper of the Year Caroline DeLisle earned her first clean sheet of the season, the 13th of her career. Her performance earned her AAC Goalkeeper of the Week.
