Student Digital Tickets - Football

STEP ONE

Download or Open the UCF Gameday app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If this is your first time using the app, you will be prompted to sign in as soon as the app opens – this is NOT your UCF Student Account Manager credentials (Step 6).

STEP TWO

Select “Student” to receive notifications and reminders when you are able to claim your UCF Football pass. If you did not receive this prompt either fully close the app or click “You” and select “Student” under Team Association to start receiving notifications.

STEP THREE

Tap on "Tickets" on the bottom bar.

STEP FOUR

Tap on “Tickets” from the bottom navigation bar, and select "Manage My Student Passes".

STEP FIVE

Tap "Sign in to UCF Knights"

If your email address is also associated with a Ticketmaster account, you will be asked if you would like to sign in to UCF Knights or Ticketmaster. Be sure to always select UCF Knights as this is the only way to manage your UCF student passes.

STEP SIX

Sign in with your @Knights.UCF.edu email.

If this is your first time accessing your UCF Account Manager, please tap “Forgot Password” and enter your UCF Knights Student email.

A one-time code will be sent to you to set your new password. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam / promotions / other folders.

STEP SEVEN

Select the game or event you would like to claim a pass for from the list of upcoming events and log into your account

If this is your first time logging in, please view step 6 under "logging into your account"

STEP EIGHT

Review the event information and tap "Checkout." Follow the on screen prompts to claim your pass.

STEP NINE

Be sure to save your pass to your mobile device. Apple users need to add passes to Apple Wallet. Android users need to add passes to Google Pay. DON'T WAIT UNTIL GAMEDAY! Saving your passes allows you to view your mobile pass without an internet or cellular data connection at the stadium.

Screenshots are NOT a valid form of entry and will not scan into the Bounce House on gameday.

• UCF Students are eligible to purchase 1 guest pass for football and 2 for basketball. All guest passes are GA seating in the student section. Guest Passes cost $28.00 ($25.00 per pass + $3.00 service fee)
• Knightmare Society Members may purchase guest passes beginning Monday at 11am of game week. All other students are eligible on Tuesday at 11am.
• Guest passes are VERY limited and sold on a first-come first-served basis. Tickets can be purchased through the UCF Gameday App by selecting "purchase student guest tickets" or through your browser HERE.

• Any currently enrolled UCF student is granted FREE admission to all regular-season home games.
• It is strongly recommended to download the UCF Gameday App and opt in to student notifications to receive the most up-to-date student pass information.
• If you are unable to access the UCF Gameday app, passes can also be accessed from your mobile phone browser at www.UCFKnights.com/DigitalTix
• All event admission is on a first-come, first-served basis. Claiming a pass DOES NOT guarantee admission, so be sure to arrive at games EARLY!
• Students must have their valid UCF I.D AND their mobile pass to enter.
• NO screenshot passes will be allowed to enter the Bounce House. You MUST add them to Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

Please be sure that you are a currently enrolled UCF student if you are trying to access UCF student passes. You WILL NOT be able to access student passes if you are not currently taking classes or are a Valencia College student. If you are a current student and having trouble creating an account or logging into your previously created account, please reach out to tickets@ucfathletics.org or call (407) 823-1000 and a representative will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: Do I have to purchase my UCF Student Pass?

A: No, UCF enrolled students receive a FREE pass to UCF football regular season home games.

Q: How do I access my UCF Student Pass?

A: Open the UCF app on your iPhone or Android phone and login with your UCF student email address. This will provide you with a digital barcode you can use to scan for admission to the venue.

Q: Does having a claimed pass guarantee admission into the game?

A: No, there are only 12,000 student seats at football. All seating is first-come, first-served. ARRIVE EARLY!

A: Yes, you will need to show your student I.D. along with your claimed student pass upon entry.

Q: How do I buy guest passes?

A: A VERY limited amount of Student Guest Passes will be available to purchase on a game-by-game basis. Open the UCF Gameday app and tap "tickets" in the bottom right corner. Select "Purchase Student Guest Tickets." Students may purchase 1 guest pass for home football events and up to 2 guest passes for home basketball events, if available. Knightmare Society members will receive first access to guest passes.

A: No, passes cannot be resold.
