Pair of Knights Named to Women's Golf All-Conference Team

ORLANDO, Fla. – The UCF women's golf team had two Knights recognized by the American Athletic Conference, as Ana Laura Collado and Tunrada Piddon were named to the Women's Golf All-Conference Team, the league announced on Tuesday.  
 
"We are so happy and proud of Ana Laura and Pat! They both have had great spring seasons and are leaders on and off the golf course for us!" said head coach of the UCF women's golf tean, Emily Marron. "The AAC has some great players and we are so excited that Ana and Pat are being recognized!"
 
Senior, Ana Laura Collado was named to the American Athletic Conference Women's Golf All-Conference Team for the first time in her career. Through the season, Collado has maintained a 74.36 scoring average. She carded her best three-round score at the Brickyard Invitational with a 220 (+4) to place T3, before finishing T19 at the American Championship shooting 228 (+12)
 
Tunrada Piddon finished T4 in the American Athletic Conference Championship with a par round and two, two-over par rounds to card +4 over the three days. It was her fifth finish as the low scorer in the Knights lineup in the 2020-21 campaign and carries a 73.31 scoring average.
 
UP NEXT 
The Knights await a bid to the NCAA Women's Golf Regional. The selection show is hosted on Golf Channel on Wednesday, April 28th.
