ORLANDO - The UCF rowing team returns to action on Friday, hosting Miami on Lake Pickett.
Racing is tentatively set to begin at 4 p.m. but may be adjusted depending on weather.
The Third Varsity Eight opens racing at 4 p.m., followed by the Fours race at 4:15 p.m. The Second Varsity Eight race is slated for a 4:30 start. The day wraps with a 4:45 p.m. Varsity Eight race.
Spectators will be allowed at the UCF Intercollegiate Rowing Center but will be limited a 50 percent capacity. All spectators will be limited to the east side of the viewing area and no spectators will be allowed in the team areas. Face coverings are required to be worn at all times and attendees are expected to maintain six feet of physical distancing to the greatest extent possible.
UCF returns to action after a week away from racing. In the last outing, the Knights collected eight victories over two days at the Sunshine State Invite in Sarasota.
