UCF interim football coach Randy Shannon:
"Titus is a big receiver with great hands—a guy who can go up and make a lot of plays, especially in the red zone and also on the deep ball. He's very competitive. When you watch him on tape, he does a lot of things--he's a punt returner and also plays safety. He's a physical guy who is going to challenge for the football all the time—he does everything he can to win a game. He has a great personality, and he has a charisma you like in a receiver. He's very confident in what he does, but he's not arrogant about it. We love the way he performs."

Thomas, Zyin, DT, 6-2, 260, Delray Beach, FL (Atlantic)
--Played defensive tackle and tight end for Atlantic High School in Delray Beach, Florida
--Made 36 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, three sacks, three forced fumbles as senior in 2020

--Helped Sharks to 8-4 mark as junior in 2019
--Played for coach T.J. Jackson

UCF interim football coach Randy Shannon:
"I remember first watching Zyin on tape a couple of years ago playing against Miami Northwestern, one of the top high school programs in the state. He was unbelievable in that game playing as a 10th-grader against some really big-time Division I guys. He's very explosive, he makes a lot of tackles in the backfield, a lot of tackles for loss and he chases the ball hard. He plays the game like a defensive lineman should play. He has the ability to snap his hips and chase guys down from behind, and he also has the ability to dominate the line of scrimmage. He's a big guy inside who can control the middle of the defense. We're looking for some great things out of him."
