Knights Rise to #18 in Rankings

ORLANDO, Fla. – After winning their lone match in dominating fashion since the last release of the Oracle/ITA rankings, the UCF women's tennis team climbs to No. 18 in this week's team poll.

The Black and Gold beat then-No. 21 Florida on the road on Tuesday before climbing two spots in last week's edition of the Oracle/ITA team rankings. UCF's only match since then was a sweep at home over Miami on Saturday. The Hurricanes were receiving votes in the latest team poll.

The Knights are back to where they were in the preseason edition of the poll and have won six straight matches.

UP NEXT
The Knights will head to the state of Texas for a pair of matches against Big 12 opponents. UCF will face No. 2 Texas on Sunday at 1 p.m. before squaring off against TCU on Tuesday at 1 p.m.
