ORLANDO, Fla. – After defeating Temple on the road to open the 2020-21 campaign, the American Athletic Conference has recognized Mallory Olsson as the league's Offensive Player of the Week. Goalkeeper Caroline DeLisle and freshman forward Katie Bradley were also included as part of the AAC's Weekly Honor Roll.
Junior, Mallory Olsson scored a career-high two goals in the season opener at Temple. Her first came just before halftime, in the 37th minute of the match from a Kristen Scott assist. Olsson earned her brace in the 72nd minute of the match as Sarai Linder earned her first assist as a Knight.
Katie Bradley left her mark on the match with the Owls with the game-winning goal in the second minute of the contest, thanks to an assist from fellow rookie, Trescott Shamlou.
Picking up where she left off the Fall 2019 campaign, Caroline DeLisle made three saves to earn her first clean sheet of the 2020-21 slate and the 11th of her career.
