This Friday, UCF will cap off its regular season with the War On I-4, looking to finally even the series with South Florida.

While the Bulls will be going with some slime green jerseys, the Knights will be breaking out another high-contrast, battle-tested road combo.

UCF will be going Black/White/Black with chrome gold UCF decals, one of the most unquestionably on-brand looks in the team's uniform arsenal. It's one of those road combos that just feels as if it has been part of the Knights' uniform set for a very long time. Black flows effortlessly throughout the whole look, from the helmets to the numbers to the pants, and those chrome gold decals never have looked better than they will shining in the midday sun.

Speaking of this helmet, it has finally settled in as a regular part of UCF's rotation after a long hiatus. The black helmet with chrome gold decals made its debut against Arkansas State in the Cure Bowl back in 2016. But with so many amazing new combos and looks for the team to try out, the helmet ended up shelved until we saw it with this same combo last season. Since then, it has grown to become one of the helmets most associated with the UCF brand.

We last saw this overall look in 2019, when UCF traveled to Temple and dropped a 42-point win on the Owls. The Knights would love to ride this combo to another massive victory against their biggest rival on Friday.
