Why did you choose UCF?
I was lucky to be introduced to UCF by my mentor Lee Paige. It was an up-and-coming football program and it provided the kind of education that I had always dreamt of having, an education that allowed me to be the best that I could be.

How did you get into playing football?
I was introduced to football when I was eight years old and I instantly developed a love for the game.

How did UCF help shape you into the person you are today?
UCF has helped me in so many ways, but one of its core values has enabled me to become the person I am today and that is integrity!

What was your favorite part about competing?
My favorite part about competing was the lifelong friendships I developed along the way that I still have to this very day.

Did you have any important pregame rituals?
One of my pregame rituals was that I always had to be the last player out of the tunnel during pregame!

What would you tell other alumni about the value of donating?
I would tell them it's simply strength in numbers. It's about giving more students the opportunity to succeed and earn a college degree. It's great to help next generation!

Who played a large role in your success at UCF and why?
My mother and father. Coming from a family of 19 kids, FAILURE was not an option!  They helped me developed the work ethic to succeed at the highest level of competition inside and outside the classroom.

What's your favorite memory as a fan at a UCF game?
When we beat Auburn in the Peach Bowl to remain undefeated in 2017 and the fact that we had more fans in Mercedes Benz Stadium than Auburn.

What would be your advice to current UCF student-athletes?
Enjoy this part of your journey as student-athletes. This will prepare you for life after sports!

Two hidden facts about you?
I am the 12th of 19 children!  And I am the first to earn a college degree.

What makes UCF special?
It's hidden in our motto...REACH FOR THE STARS!

Final thoughts?
UCF has given me the ability and confidence to always Reach for the Stars. Once a Knight, Always a Knight! When I came to UCF the big joke was it stood for U Can't Finish, but it actually stands for U Can Finish and make a difference in the upcoming generation. For UCF to continue to be great it will take students, faculty, staff and ALUMNI to stay engaged.
