ORLANDO, Fla. – The UCF men's tennis team will be hosting a rewatch of their 2019 College MatchDay victory over No. 29 Miami on Thursday, May 14 at 6 p.m. ET.

The 2019 Knights had a tough start to the season, but had turned things around prior to College MatchDay, collecting four straight victories. The group of four freshmen and four sophomores were beginning to find their stride as a team at the perfect time.
Miami came into the match as the fourth ranked opponent of the season. UCF had gone winless in three tries against ranked opponents to that point in the season, falling to three top 16 teams.
The College MatchDay victory infused the Knights with momentum for the rest of the way. Following their sweep of Miami, the Black and Gold went on to beat two more ranked squads, downing No. 42 Tulane and No. 36 Penn State. UCF wound up winning seven of their final eleven regular season matches.
