Women’s Golf Continues Spring in Gainesville

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) – The UCF women's golf team will be traveling to Gainesville this weekend to compete in the Gators Invitational hosted by Florida. The Knights are ready to compete in the two-day, 18-hole tournament at the Mark Bostick Golf Course (par 70, 6,701 yards).

The Gators Invitational begins on Saturday, March 7 and will run through Sunday, March 8. The Knights' competition includes Campbell, Daytona State, No. 9 Florida, Florida Atlantic, Florida International, Kansas, Michigan, Penn State, South Florida, Tennessee, and No. 19 Virginia Tech.

The Knight's Lineup:

  1. Alyssa Lamoureux – Lamoureux finished 29th overall at the Moon Golf Invitational with a score of 219.
  2. Dimana Viudes – The Gators Invitational is the Viudes' first tournament in the Knights team lineup.
  3. Ana Laura Collado – Collado shot an even par at the UCF Challenge (216).
  4. Tunrada Piddon – Piddon finished with a score of 215 in the UCF Challenge (-1).
  5. Elizabeth Moon – Moon's lowest 54-hole total this season came at the UCF Challenge when she shot 217 (+1) across three rounds.
