ORLANDO, Fla. – The UCF baseball team are climbing in the national polls once again, picking up a top 25 nod in every major NCAA baseball poll. The Black and Gold started gaining national attention after sweeping No. 8 Auburn on the road, and solidified their standings with a 4-1 week, including a third straight weekend series win.
The Knights are ranked as high as No. 14 by D1baseball.com and came in at No. 15 in the Collegiate Baseball Newspaper and USA Today Coaches Poll. Baseball America tabbed UCF at No. 19, two spots higher than a week ago, while Perfect Game included the Knights in its poll for the first time this season at No. 19.
The NCBWA also slotted the Knights at No. 19, six spots ahead of their No. 25 ranking they received a week ago.

The Knights return to John Euliano Park for the first time in 10 days on Friday, Feb. 28 when they host Cal State Northridge at 6 p.m. to kick off a four-game series. Cal State Northridge is currently 7-0 in the 2020 campaign.
