2020 Football Seat Relocation Process

Registering for the 2020 Football Seat Relocation Process:

Fans looking to make changes to their 2019 football season ticket location or increase their ticket quantity will need to register their request no later than January 21st, 2020.

You can register for the relocation process by completing the renewal survey associated with your season ticket invoice online, or by completing the registration form HERE.

Seating Availability:

In late February / early March, we will share information about expected available inventory and seat selection timeline.

Beginning seat inventory comes from non-renewed season ticket orders and is expected to be limited. Because of this, it is strongly encouraged to renew your current seats by the renewal deadline of January 14th, 2020, prior to making a relocation request. Any tickets not renewed by the renewal deadline will be made available for other fans to purchase during the relocation process.

Please keep in mind that the inventory will be fluid, and it will change as fellow Season Ticket Members make their selections and change locations throughout the process.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a change in seating location or quantity.

Request Priority:

Requests will be reviewed and fulfilled based on the following criteria:

  1. 2020 Shareholder Society Members
    1. Ranked in priority point order
  2. 2019 Season Ticket Members who have renewed their tickets for the 2020 season
    1. Ranked in priority point order
  3. 2019 Season Ticket Members who did not renew their tickets for the 2020 season
    1. Ranked in priority point order
  4. 2019 Mini-Plan Buyers
    1. Ranked in priority point order
  5. 2020 Season Ticket Waitlist
    1. Ranked in request date order

Season Ticket Members who wish to relocate with other fans will need to coordinate their move based on the individual with the lowest priority.

Selecting Your Seats:

Once your designated selection time arrives, you will have the ability to choose from any available seat in Spectrum Stadium or keep your current ticket location. Fans who add seats or upgrade their season ticket location will have the option to pay for any price difference in full or on a monthly payment plan ending in August 2020.
