PROVIDENCE, R.I. (UCFKnights.com) – After the Knights went 2-0 on the road in American Athletic Conference play, the AAC as named redshirt freshman Caroline DeLisle Rookie of the Week on Monday.
Caroline DeLisle was pivotal in the victory over No. 22 SMU in Dallas on Thursday, making five saves in the Knights first victory over a ranked opponent. The goalkeeper also recorded her fifth clean sheet in her first season in goal for UCF.
Zandy Soree also picked up an Honor Roll mention after scoring two goals on the week, including the game-winner against No. 22 SMU in the 54th minute.
