ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) – The No. 8 UCF men's soccer team will go right back to work after their shutout on Saturday against the South Florida Bulls as the Knights will host the Stetson Hatters on Tuesday night at 6 p.m.

The Knights extended their unbeaten streak to 12 matches after their win over South Florida. UCF scored just one goal, the first time they have done so since their loss to Wake Forest back on Aug. 30, which happens to be their only loss of the 2019 campaign. A pair of freshmen got the job done, as Jonas Schmalbach scored off a Gino Vivi assist.

The match against Stetson will be UCF's final non-conference match of the regular season and will also be the final Florida school they face.

THE OPPONENT
Stetson will make the hour drive to Orlando and bring a 7-7-2 record with them. The Hatters have gone 3-4-1 on the road, most recently falling to SMU 5-0 and UNF 2-1. They've had 11 different goal scores so far, led by Chris Degance with three. He is tied for the lead in points with William Stuart who has six points in 2019. Lute Lillo-Portero will likely be in net for Stetson, bringing a 1.22 goals allowed average and a .722 save percentage into the match.

WHAT TO WATCH FOR
The next goal that Cal Jennings scores will be the 40th of his career. That mark would make him the fourth highest goal scorer in UCF history. A win would bring the Knights to 11 wins, which would be the 14th time in the program's history that they've reached that mark in a single season.

BY THE NUMBERS
The Knights hold an all-time edge over Stetson by a count of 33-10-3. UCF has won four of the last five meetings between the two sides. The Black and Gold lead the nation in corner kicks per match with a mark of 7.62 and score 2.31 goals per game. Stetson has netted roughly 0.88 goals per game while taking an average of 13.3 per match. UCF takes about 16.77 shots per match, good enough for seventh in the nation.
