Knights Wrap Up Day One of Intercollegiate at Innisbrook

PALM HARBOR, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) – The Knights currently sits at tenth place in the Intercollegiate at Innisbrook golf invitational following the conclusion of the first and second rounds of play on Monday. The team has collectively shot 586 to settle in at 18 over par.
 
Coming off a week that saw them crowned as champions at the Tavistock Collegiate Invitational, the Knights' returned to action and shot 297(+13) in the first round at the Intercollegiate at Innisbrook before turning up their game in the second round, where they shot 289(+5).

Juan Delgado set the pace for The Black and Gold, shooting 143(+1) in the first and second rounds combined, putting him tied for fifteenth place individually in the tournament. Jordan Sarhaddi trailed closely behind, as he finished the day tied for 29th overall after shooting 145(+3).
 
Rounding things out, Johnny Travale, who was crowned the individual champion at the Tavistock Collegiate after shooting 204(-12), shot 148(+6) on Monday, while teammates Tommy Cao and Clement Charmasson shot 150(+8) and 152(+10), respectively.
 
Shooting individually, Teddy Tetak shot 145(+3) on the day to sit tied for 29th.

The final round of the Intercollegiate at Innisbrook will tee-off tomorrow, October 29, at 8:15 a.m. as teams begin in a Shotgun start. You can follow along live on Golfstat.com.
