CINCINNATI, Ohio (UCFKnights.com) – In the last road match of the regular season, the UCF women's soccer team (9-3-4, 4-2-2 AAC) falls to Cincinnati (7-8-2, 5-3-0 AAC) on Sunday afternoon. The loss snaps the Knights unbeaten streak of six matches and shutout streak of four matches.
Standout Stats
- The Black and Gold outshot the Bearcats 11 shots to eight, and despite not registering a shot on goal, UCF banged two shots off the woodwork looking for the equalizer in the second half.
- Kristen Scott put up the most shots in the match with five; Ellie Moreno trailed her with two.
- Goalkeeper Caroline DeLisle and the UCF defense hasn't allowed more than one goal in a game since Sept. 1 when the Knights and George Mason battled to a 2-2 draw on the road.
- UCF earned four corner kicks in the match, to the Bearcats one.

NEXT UP
The Knights return home to the UCF Soccer Complex to close out the 2019 regular season with the War on I4 on Thursday, October 31 against the South Florida Bulls. The Bulls are currently sitting at 12-3 on the season, and 7-1 in American Athletic Conference play. All-time, the Knights lead the series at 8-2-4.
